The TEA Natura toothbrush is made of bamboo and biodegradable and compostable material, therefore disintegrating. Bamboo is a plant with a high yield per hectare ratio and does not require fertilizers for cultivation. All this makes it an environmentally sustainable plant.
The bristles are created from a blend of bamboo and nylon
This bamboo is produced in agricultural and pristine areas within China - away from industrial areas
The cultivation - given the ease of the plant in spreading through rhizome rooting - occupies vast areas that become "wooded" - therefore far from other types of cultivation
Bamboo plants require a particular (humid) microclimate and the cultivation of bamboo does not require pesticides or chemical fertilizers, resulting in a "sustainable" production for the environment as it is the type of wood that has higher yield / hectare than any other plant
The cultivation of bamboo is positive for the environment as the rapid growth (in a few years the maximum development is reached) also leads to a positive relationship with respect to the reduction of CO2
The production is entirely machine-made (cane cutting, bamboo filleting, production of toothbrush stems, drilling for the introduction of the bristles)
The bristles are inserted by force and not held by synthetic glues. The increased thickness of the fold holds them in the hole
The box and the inner bag are made of recycled cardboard
How to use : it is recommended to dry the toothbrush after each wash and to replace it every 2-3 months.
