Prices

Prices displayed are in Euros (€), applied for Europe only and inclusive of VAT (unless otherwise specified in the individual product) and incidental expenses related to containers and packaging.

Payments

You can choose between:

- payment upon delivery of the goods (so-called cash on delivery)

- bank transfer

- Pos Online

Deliveries

Sales are limited to the European territory, delivery is made by an agreed express courier, within 2 working days (in case of availability of the product) from the one following the receipt of the order. In In case of unavailability of the product, we will notify the delivery time.

Withdrawal (Rethinking)

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 21/2014 of February 21, 2014, the Customer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal by proceeding to the return of the purchased products. The right of withdrawal applies to individuals acting for purposes not directly related to their professional activity, if any, are therefore excluded from the right purchases made by retailers and companies and is exercised by sending, within 14 days of receipt of the products, written notice to the address: Emporio CanaPuglia Sas, Via Mucedola 24, 70014 Conversano (BA). The communication can also be sent, within the same period by mail, telegram, telex and facsimile provided that within the next 48 hours it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The exercise of the right of withdrawal presupposes the return, in good condition, of the purchased products. The products must be packaged carefully so as to safeguard the original wrappings from any damage, writing or affixing of labels.

Invoicing

Those obligated to request an invoice must do so at the time of ordering, subject to notification of the VAT number and other elements useful for invoicing.

Unavailability of Products

In case of unavailability of the products ordered Emporio CanaPuglia will inform the Customer in a timely manner.
