TrolMaster's Hydro-X system can control most horticultural lighting fixtures sold on the market today. Most light manufacturers offer the ability to control their lighting systems using so-called low voltage control. That low voltage control can take many forms and communication protocols. TrolMaster manufactures several types of lighting adapters (LMA units) that allow the Hydro-x to control lights using their low voltage control option.

The lantern lighting schedule is a lighting routine for vegging plants that you might find in any college-level horticultural book. It is as follows: 12 hours of lights on, 5.5 lights off, 1 hour of lights on, 5.5 lights off and repeat the program. The switch-on time between the switch-off period deceives plants that remain in a state of vegetative growth.

This LMA-24 lighting adapter is specially designed to use both two channels on the Hydro-X system to create programmed lantern control for any 0-10V protocol light. It is compatible with HID like Gavita / Nanolux / Luxx / Growers Choice / Illuminar / PL and LED like Fluence / Next light / Spectrum King.
