HELPFUL TIPS
It should be mixed in a proportion of 10% to 30% with other quality flours (it is advisable to avoid refined types such as "0" or "00"). It can be used in the dough of bread, pizza, focaccia, panzerotti and desserts, in frying and flouring, transferring a light nutty taste and a brownish color to the dough. Excellent if used for the preparation of homemade pasta, pasta with or without eggs and gnocchi.
It can also be eaten raw in yogurt or in centrifuged or fruit smoothies.
STORAGE
12 months in a cool and dry place.
