The recipe combines the tradition of Italian panettone with the innovation of hemp flour (4%) , which enriches the dough with delicate aromatic notes and a more complete nutritional profile.

The result is a soft, fragrant and flavourful panettone, made even more delicious by the dark chocolate chips that perfectly balance the sweetness of the dough.
