Taralli are one of the symbols of Puglia, born from peasant tradition as poor but nutritious food. The original recipe included only flour, oil, wine and salt - simple ingredients that, crafted with skill, become something extraordinary.

Our version with hemp flour is a tribute to tradition looking to the future: we maintain the ancestral processing method (handmade, double cooking) enriching it with a superfood as ancient as Puglia itself - hemp.
