General rule: From 5% to 10% blended with other flours

  • 15-20%: For accustomed palates, more pronounced taste (experts)
  • 30%: Maximum recommended (only for specific recipes)

Practical example: For 1kg of total dough:

  • 900g wheat flour (or other base flour)
  • 100g hemp flour (10%)
