Protects from UV rays - Filters up to 95% of ultraviolet radiation and shields from electromagnetic fields

Promotes circulation - In contact with the skin, it generates a beneficial micro-massage that stimulates circulation

Breathes and absorbs - Remarkable absorbing power with rapid dispersion of body moisture, keeps skin dry

Natural thermostat effect - Hollow fiber that insulates from heat in summer and cold in winter, creating an optimal microclimate without promoting bacterial proliferation and bad odors

Becomes softer over time - Machine washable and each wash makes it more pleasant to the touch without losing strength

Does not wrinkle like linen - Unlike linen, which produces right-angled creases, those of hemp are rounded and tend to diminish. Garments can be worn multiple times with a neat appearance, without the need for frequent ironing

Resistant and durable - One of the strongest natural fibers, ideal for garments and furnishings designed to last over time

Antibacterial and hypoallergenic - Naturally resistant to bacteria, mold, and mites, perfect for sensitive skin

Lavaggio capi finiti:
Lavare delicatamente a mano o in lavatrice a massimo 30°C, programma delicato. Utilizzare detergenti neutri.

Asciugatura:
Asciugatura naturale all'aria, distendere il tessuto evitando pieghe marcate.

Manutenzione tessuti waterproof:
Lavare delicatamente senza ammorbidenti che possono compromettere trattamento idrorepellente.

  • What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum is 1 linear meter. Purchases are only possible in whole measurements (1m, 2m, 3m...): fractions or half meters are not sold. To optimize cutting and reduce waste, we recommend calculating the exact meters needed and rounding up.
  • Can I order a fabric in a different color than those available?
Yes, all fabrics can be dyed in any color starting from a physical sample or reference photo. We use natural pigments for sustainable dyeing. Minimum order for custom coloring: 40 linear meters. Delivery time: 4-6 weeks from order confirmation. Contact us for a detailed quote.
  • Can I request Waterproof treatment?
Yes, the water-repellent treatment with natural resins is available on all fabrics. Arctic (Natural) and Supreme (Natural) are already available in a waterproof version ready for purchase. For all other fabrics, the treatment is available upon order with a minimum of 40 linear meters. Contact us for a quote and delivery times.
  • Can I place a large quantity order with a dedicated price?
Yes, for wholesale purchases and recurring supplies, we offer personalized discounts based on volume. Dedicated conditions for: fashion workshops, ateliers, hotels/resorts, design studios, clothing brands, shoe factories. Contact us with indicative quantity and intended use for a quote.
  • Is hemp fabric suitable for people with sensitive skin?
Yes, hemp is naturally hypoallergenic and antibacterial. It does not promote bacterial proliferation, breathes excellently, and creates an ideal body microclimate, making it suitable even for the most delicate and sensitive skin. It is recommended for underwear, bed linen, and baby products.
  • Which grammage should I choose for my project?
280-480 gr/m² (Clara, Classic): Light clothing, shirts, light curtains, bed sheets.
500-680 gr/m² (Sack Cloth, Jeans): Medium clothing, sturdy trousers, bags, light upholstery.
785-910 gr/m² (Polar, Arctic, Supreme): Heavy clothing, outdoor covers, heavy-duty upholstery, footwear.
Terry cloth: Towels, bathrobes, hotel linen.
Not sure? Contact us for personalized advice or order a sample pack to feel the fabric yourself.
  • Can I order a sample pack before purchasing?
Yes, we strongly recommend ordering the fabric sample pack to evaluate weight, hand, drape, and color in person. Each fabric has different tactile characteristics that are impossible to perceive online. The sample pack includes samples of all available fabrics.
  • Does hemp fabric wrinkle a lot?
Hemp wrinkles less than linen. The creases are rounded and tend to soften naturally throughout the day, unlike linen which produces sharp right-angle creases. Garments can be worn multiple times with a neat appearance without needing to iron every time. For an impeccable look, iron lightly at medium temperature.
  • Does the fabric shrink after washing?
Yes, expect about 5% shrinkage after the first wash. For projects requiring precision (custom clothing, upholstery), we recommend pre-washing the fabric before cutting. Subsequent washes do not cause significant further shrinkage.
  • Are the colors fast to washing and light?
Fabrics dyed with natural pigments maintain good wash fastness when following care instructions (30°C, no bleach). Like all natural dyes, they may fade slightly with prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. To preserve color intensity, dry in the shade and store away from direct light when not in use.
  • How long does the waterproof treatment last?
The water-repellent treatment with natural resins has a variable duration depending on use and washing frequency. With delicate washes (30°C, no fabric softeners), it maintains effectiveness for numerous cycles.

Forniture B2B e partnership:
CanaPuglia fornisce tessuti di canapa a laboratori moda sostenibile, atelier haute couture, brand abbigliamento etico, hotel e resort eco-luxury (asciugamani, accappatoi Spugna), studi interior design, sellerie artigianali, calzaturifici artigianali. Partnership: info@canapuglia.it
